Starting with the trading of cotton yarn Shri. Ramkisan Ramnath Rathi laid the brick of Shamsundar Ramkisan Rathi textiles in 1961, to produce customer’s first choice textile products. A blissful range of stylish woven bed spreads and Jacquard terry towel.
Following this, Shamsundar Ramkisan Rathi started Rathi Textile Corporation, a completely in-house project from dying to all yarn processing and from weaving to packing under a roof, for hallmark finish, great textures, fine quality and designs that match the latest trend.
We have an extensive presence in Solapur(Maharashtra) which is the main weaving center for woven jacquard textiles in India.

With an experience of manufacturing since 1985 leading complete quality unit of textile manufacturing of Jacquard Chaddars and Terry towels.
Mr. Rathi took due care and succeeded in controlling expenses and making production cost effective. This made him sustain all financial ups and downs.
CA Rohit Rathi
With an experience of MNC audits, he is leading all finance and exports marketing division.
ER Amit Rathi
An Engineer & management student by qualification, he is leading to product development & domestic marketing.
